Placing the order was simple, maybe took me like 5 minutes or so. But after I paid, I didn’t really hear much for a while and had to keep checking the status myself. Shipping also took a few days longer than I thought it would. The product did show up in the end, but the whole ordering and update process felt a little messy

Just a heads up for anyone thinking about dealing with their support team — it was a frustrating experience. It took forever to get a reply, and when they finally responded, it felt like a copied-and-pasted answer that didn’t actually address my issue. I ordered from gowithgush.com i kind of assumed the delivery would be straightforward since the first date looked fine. Then it got pushed back without much of an update, so I had to keep checking on it myself to figure out what was happening. It did show up eventually, and the product was okay, but it arrived later than I needed. Maybe I just got unlucky, but based on this experience, I’d definitely think twice before ordering again.

The billing was straightforward and I didn’t notice any weird extra charges or anything like that, everything looked good to me and it was nice not having to question the total.
